SAXONIA Galvanik offers the finished product in addition to the classic contract finishing. On request, we work together with qualified partners (toolmaking, injection moulding, coating) and realize both 1K and multi-component parts. In doing so, we do not compete with our customers from the plastic injection moulding or toolmaking sectors: innovations therefore remain protected!
Raw parts of high quality and manufacturing precision
As a full-service partner, SAXONIA Galvanik offers you high-precision raw parts from medium to high quantities. In cooperation with qualified partners, we realize all production steps on request: from the design to the finished component. For this purpose, we have established sophisticated material testing and quality processes in recent years – which ensure that the manufactured single or multi-component parts meet the most diverse requirements of leading OEMs and renowned manufacturers.
The multi-component process in particular improves many plastic parts in terms of design and function, but at the same time places high demands: both on injection moulding and electroplating. Thanks to close cooperation with customers, partners and institutes, SAXONIA Galvanik has the experience, the potential and the competence to offer complex series parts made of plastic – and then to coat a wide variety of material combinations over the entire surface, or selectively, matt or glossy.
